AHA CPR Class
Heartsaver CPR AED will teach you to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until more advanced care arrives to take over. Adult choking is also discussed in the curriculum.

BLS CPR
Basic Life Support (BLS) training reinforces healthcare professionals' understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and using an AED.

Heartsaver First Aid
Heartsaver First Aid covers first aid basics, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.

This four-hour course is designed to meet the needs of lay rescuers wanting to learn American Heart Association (AHA) CPR to protect family members, friends and co-workers. Curriculum includes infant, child and adult CPR, relief of foreign body airway obstruction and AED (defibrillator). Course meets day care certification requirements. Upon successful completion of practical skills testing, participants receive a course credential card, via email. Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View (SBM) Fire Department and held at Fire Station 3. Refund policy applies.
Heartsaver First Aid is a four-hour course ideal for anyone interested in or required to implement First Aid training in an environment serving adult populations. Upon successful completion of practical skills testing, participants receive a course credential card, via email. Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View (SBM) Fire Department and held at Fire Station 3. Cost includes AHA First Aid manual.
